These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Parts Method (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

The Parts Method generates a personalized psychological reading based on the birth details you provide, informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) psychology and a proprietary symbolic synthesis system. The Service is intended for self-reflection and personal growth.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and generating a reading.

Purchases and Refunds

A free preview includes a limited portion of your reading. The complete reading is available as a one-time purchase. Because each reading is generated specifically for you based on your unique birth data, all purchases are final with no refunds. If something went wrong with your reading or purchase, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it, but refunds are not available.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access another user’s reading or account, interfering with the Service’s normal operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Parts Method name, brand, synthesis methodology, and site content are owned by us. Your individual reading is yours to keep and use personally; you may not resell or redistribute it as a commercial product.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that your reading will be free of errors or that it will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Parts Method is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. You acknowledge that you rely on any information in your reading at your own risk, and that we are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the content of your reading.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
