We use your birth details to generate your personalized reading through our synthesis engine. We use your account and payment information to manage your access to readings you have purchased. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models, and we do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your data is stored with encryption in transit and at rest using our database provider. Access to identifiable birth data and readings is restricted to the systems and personnel required to operate the service.

Sharing Your Information

We share information only with the service providers required to operate The Parts Method — for example, our database host, our payment processor, and the language model provider used to generate reading content. These providers are contractually restricted from using your data for any purpose other than providing the service to us.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal data associated with your account, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Data Retention

We retain your account and reading data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you the service. If you delete your account, we delete your birth details and readings within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain limited records for legal or accounting purposes.

Children

The Parts Method is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
